  1. Founder and Consulting CTO

    2022 to present

    Adaptech AI Ltd · Owner of Kaidera and ASW Connect

    • Built Kaidera to coordinate specialist AI workers, project knowledge and human review; architecture, delivery and roadmap owned end to end.
    • Delivered the ATOS consulting contract below through the company.

  2. Global CTO, Aerospace and Aviation

    2022 to 2026

    Joined ATOS in 2022 as CTO for the EUROCONTROL account and was promoted to Global CTO, Aerospace and Aviation in 2025.

    2025 to 2026
    • Led aerospace and aviation technology strategy across AI, cloud and cybersecurity, turning operational challenges into industry propositions and customer transformation options.
    • Led the ATOS team working on AI-based incident management, tracking and recording for EUROCONTROL through eTOKAI, including an agentic AI proof of concept.
    • Worked with commercial and solution teams on advisory and presales engagements with airports and aviation organisations.

    CTO, EUROCONTROL account

    2022 to 2025
    • Responsible for EUROCONTROL's long-term IT strategy, including the move from an organisation running only in-house data centres to fully public cloud: the first regulated aviation organisation recognised as EU critical infrastructure to adopt public cloud.
    • Created the Journey to Cloud (J2C) programme that delivered this strategy, and led establishment of EUROCONTROL's Cloud Centre of Excellence.
    • Built the AI strategy that followed, setting EUROCONTROL on course to become an AI-first organisation. The major AI transformation now under way is based on that strategy.

  3. (CTO) Global Lead of Transformation

    2020 to 2022

    • Led multinational technology and architecture teams on cloud transformation.
    • Advised senior stakeholders and managed vendor and partner relationships on the transformation roadmap.

  4. Chief Architect

    2019 to 2020

    ATOS Hybrid Cloud Transformation, IAG account · Self-employed contract

    • Delivered hybrid-cloud transformation work that enabled £21m in client payments on a programme at risk of non-payment and potential penalties.
